Join us for a conversation with Kaitlin Curtice about her book, Native: Identity, Belonging, and Rediscovering God. Native is about identity, soul-searching, and the never-ending journey of finding ourselves and finding God. In this book, she shows how reconnecting with her Potawatomi identity both informs and challenges her faith.

The first hour of our webinar will be a chance to hear from Kaitlin. Afterwards, you are invited to join a thirty minute breakout room dialogue with fellow participants, prompted by questions on the topics brought forth in her talk.

Kaitlin Curtice is a Native American Christian author and speaker. As an enrolled citizen of the Potawatomi nation and someone who has grown up in the Christian faith, Kaitlin writes on the intersection of Indigenous spirituality, faith in everyday life, and the church.

We are happy to partner with Seminary of the Wild to share Kaitlin's wisdom and unique story with you. Many wild church leaders share the poems in her book at our gatherings, as they so accurately reflect the heart of wild church. This book invites reflection to consider our settler identities as we too are led back into an earth-based spirituality.
